Our Commitment
Sustainability is not just a word: it is a commitment that guides every single one of our actions. We believe that tourism can and should be a positive force for the planet and local communities.
We want every guest to enjoy a complete experience, taking in every moment without rush. That is why we have implemented innovative initiatives that minimize our environmental impact, support the local economy, and offer a unique, enriching experience.

Facilities

Restoration
The restoration of La Casa de Labranza, the estate's original farmhouse, preserving our roots and ecological responsibility.

Integration
Seamless integration with the Manchegan landscape (vineyards, olive trees, grain fields), recovery of natural stone and wood, and respect for native species.

Recovery
Restoration of antique furniture, and rooms designed with sustainable and recycled materials.
Renewable Energies
Solar panels for electricity and hot water · biomass boiler fueled by olive pits for heating · solar lights and outdoor energy-saving systems · restaurant fireplaces fueled by vine shoots and vine stocks from our own estate pruning.
Locally Sourced Products
We partner with local suppliers across Castilla-La Mancha, use eco-friendly cleaning products, practice waste sorting and recycling, create organic waste compost for our own garden (closing the loop), and maintain an organic kitchen garden for the restaurant.
It is not just about “being green,” but “being part of the community”: supporting local artists from the province through painting and craft exhibitions within our facilities.
Organic Vegetable Garden
The Mainetes garden features fig trees, fruit trees, and vegetables, all grown through 100% organic farming.
Our young olive treesof the Arbequina and Picual varieties provide the olives used to produce our CRÁTERA olive oil.
Our laying hens also have their own sanctuary. Raised with plenty of space and care, they supply us with the finest fresh eggs for breakfast.
Ecotourism
Conservation of Biodiversity, Ecosystems, and Landscapes · Hiking Trails · Birdwatching · special mention to the Pétrola Lagoon, a renowned Ornithological Tourism destination just 15 minutes from Mainetes.
A Project for Everyone
All of these actions also contribute to highlighting the value of our municipality and its surrounding area, representing a clear innovation within the tourism sector. We create fully personalized experiences, always respecting nature and the unique environment that surrounds us. A project that is kind to the environment and open to everyone who wishes to visit us.
