Can I buy an experience as a gift for someone else?
Yes. When choosing the gift option, you will be able to write a personalized message and specify the recipient’s name. They will receive a special voucher by email with no price visible, ready for them to decide when to enjoy it.
How do I choose the date for my experience?
After completing your booking or purchase, you will receive a confirmation email. To set the exact date, simply contact our reception team and we will organize it together based on availability. Experiences including accommodation (Mainetes, Nature, Among Vineyards) can be enjoyed from Friday to Sunday, when the hotel hosts guests. Experiences without overnight stays (Monastrell, Sensations, Flavors of the Vine) are also preferably arranged on these days. Upon contacting reception to lock in your date, we will confirm specific availability.
Does the gift voucher have an expiration date?
Yes, they are valid for up to 12 months from the date of purchase.
What happens if I want to change the chosen experience after purchase?
Contact reception and we will assess the exchange based on availability. Please note that bookings are non-refundable, although date modifications are allowed (following the same policy applied to all other hotel reservations).
Do the experiences include accommodation or just the activity?
It depends on the experience: some include an overnight stay (such as Mainetes or Nature), while others consist solely of the wine or spa activity without accommodation (such as Monastrell or Sensations). Please check the “includes” details in each experience description before making your selection.
